- 3 c steamed rice
- 1 med sized carrot (diced)
- 1 med size onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp celery (chopped)
- 1/2 c button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 c green beans (sliced)
- 2-3 tbsp soya sauce
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (ground)
- 2-3 tbps butter or oil
- green pepper/capsicum (optional) chopped)
- 3 tbsp frozen/fresh green peas
- Heat the oil in the pan,fry onion for a minute or till transparent.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for a minute or 2.
- Add all the remaining vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add little oil/butter if needed.then add rice,salt.soya sauce,and blackpepper.
- Stir well till the rice is slightly fried.
- Serve with other vegetable or as main dish.
